I have a really small oil leak comming from that part and am thinking it is because i didnt use any. Also, can ya think of any way to get to those bolts without draining all oil?

Default ??? Doesn't the oil return line have a gasket and bolt on to the pan from the outside?

Should be a bit above the oil level I'd think. If not just drain the oil into a CLEAN container and re-use it once your done with the gasket.

The new oil line that you got with the T28 should have a gasket with it.
