DISABLING HEADLIGHT WASHERS

I just installed my Reiger bumper today....looks great...but how do I disable the headlight washers??

just put plugs in the hoses

That would lead to leaks...

Just pull the power to the pump.

Only need to plug 1 hose, the same hose you disconnect

when you take the bumper off.

if you dont plan on using them again...

just take the reservoir out (and associated pump, wires, and tubing) below your coolant tank and throw it away, then plug up the tubing that feeds it from the main washer fluid tank

where's the power to the pump?

when i checked the manual, the fuse that works for the headlight washers was also the same for like the AC and gauge cluster, so i said f**K it. i just plugged the one hose that you need to disconnect when you remove the bumper. get a bolt that fits real tight in there, wrap it with plumbers tape, put it in the tube, then clamp it shut with a clamp from home depot. if there's an alternate power source, i'd be interested in disconnecting it as well.
