Do coilpacks on the 2.8 go out? If so would 1 or both go out?

I'm getting missfires in Cyl 1 and I replaced my plugs and....
still missfires. I'm thinking that it must be my plug wires. I have 63K miles on my car. I thought our wires are "lifetime".

The wires are far from lifetime. Get new wires. THey are expensive, but it's worth it.
you can replace one at a time, but it will cost more in the long run. Search the net for STI wires, and find the best price you can. STI wires are OEM.
