Sometimes, and when they do, the pair of plugs would most likely be effected.

Default I'm getting missfires in Cyl 1 and I replaced my plugs and....

still missfires. I'm thinking that it must be my plug wires. I have 63K miles on my car. I thought our wires are "lifetime".

Default The wires are far from lifetime. Get new wires. THey are expensive, but it's worth it.

you can replace one at a time, but it will cost more in the long run. Search the net for STI wires, and find the best price you can. STI wires are OEM.

I've heard good things about Magnacor. To bad it will take me about 4 hours to remove my blower.
