Default Do I need to seek council..in reference to crash pics a few topics down

I pulled the driving record of the *** that hit my car yesterday and his license was suspended as of 5 days ago...is his insurance company going to try to dick me because he was driving under a suspended license?

Default its sounds like they are trying to say he was driving without insurance as well...

mostly likely, you will have to take him to court.

Default Yes, almost definately won the case but his insurance is a different story

I'd be willing to bet they fight paying it.

Default I'm a little confused, if your GF was driving, then technically, isn't she the responsible party?

just as if you had borrowed a friends car and gotten into an accident?

Default Call your insurance company

Sounds like it would probably be covered under uninsured motorist or something similar. Friend's truck got hit in his parking lot by a drunk guy and his insurance took care of it all, then went and sued the guy/his insurance company.
