Thats just a link to his post.
I have looked at the pictures he posted in dept and have deduced some rough dimensions from them. I'd like to have his actual template as I know he did extensive fitment testing. I want to modify his design slightly to place another anchor point on the other side of the tire well and omit the safety chain holes.

Why not just buy one,
The steel, paint and bolts would cost almost as much. I like how his hugs tight to the bottom of the car and is almost hidden.
I want to customize it so it sets a little further back under the car. I only want it for a bike rack and a luggage carrier
