Does anyone here run only a daily basis without ABS? If so how did you go about it and why?

Just curious as 90% of the time I wish I did not have ABS. I prefer driver input and Threshold Braking to be honest.

Yep, I try not to look at it, lol.
During the summer ABS really doesn't take over, but during the winter, it kicks in way to often for me.
Yeah, I yank the fuse (I forget which one), and just drive it. You could do the module itself, but I'm concerned with the contacts corroding due to moisture and salt from the roads around here.
I can heal-toe extremely well, and often practice in empty lots before I start duing it on the streets just to relearn it.

I have a switch on my dash. most of the time I run with it on.
sometimes on the track I turn it off and then proceed to ruin my tires lol.
it can be nice to have the option during the winter but you really need to think about what you are doing if you run with abs off. If bank on the fact you'll build up enough snow in front of your tire to help you slow down then it can be VERY useful.
I run high performance all season tires during the winter in Chicago because we don't see standing show that often. When we do see it, stopping ca be a problem w/ abs, the car just skids over the snow. With the abs kill this is not a problem but you'll find bunch of ther issues.
