You can use most any shift ****..

The Tiptronic shift **** comes off by pulling on the little button (instead of pushing in to change gears). I don't remember the exact instructions on how to remove it. You'll need to search the archives. After changing the shifter, you will need to pull on it when shifting through the gate since there is no button.
