I knew that, but I was impressed with how sure he was! LOL "That's straight out of the bently book"...NO, read again. Duh. Happy Friday to you Carson and Phil as well. Now I may have two supercharged cars. Getting a 30V-V6 B5A4 w/supercharger and going to supercharge the 2002 Jetta 2.slow also. It should be fun.

just trade the 2.slow for a Vr6 and then s/c it... WAY more to gain.

okay, so i'm just jealous of the SC'd B5

I've been trying to tell her that.

It's my lady's car. She wants the automatic 2.0 still for some reason. I am the one who is demanding a SC at this point. That car drives me nuts..it looks good though. lol

yeah, my gf had the 2.0 auto Cabrio -- that thing was a dog

she recently moved into her amazing VR6 MKIV jetta... that thing is night-and-day difference, and the motor's stock.

My sis had the 87 VW Cabriolet(automatic)...

then she goes and buys a 2.0 Cabrio(automatic) just when I thought I would never have to work on another dog again. I talked her into an 01 VW Jetta wagon 1.8T. She was having a kid, so wanted a bigger car. She luckily only had the Cabrio for a little over a year. And then in 2002 my lady kills me by buying a brand new 2002 VW Jetta 2.0 automatic. I really need to talk her into the VR6 02, so she will have that same body style..just a larger engine and manual of course because she says now she wants to learn.
