DTC 17748 problems??

DTC 17748 problems??
I got the 17748 - Camshaft Position Sensor (40) / Engine Speed sensor (G28): Incor. Correlation P1340 -35-00- - . First thing that I checked was the timing belt. Everything is fine there-the markings top and bottom align. Next I checked the Camshaft sensor with LED light and it blinks properly when I crank the engine. I even checked for resistance and voltage on the cables and the sensor and everything is within the specs. Next I checked the Speed Sensor, and again everything is fine there too. I am out of ideas. Any solutions??? I have to mention, that I changed the clutch last week, but the car was running nice and smooth. I got the CEL yesterday. I changed the fly wheel(Single mass), disk, pressure plate and the bearing. Everything fit nicely and the clutch, when I am driving feels really good. Where is that DTC coming from? The car is 2000 1.8TQ ATW APR
