Fault codes

My Audi A4 1.8T is throwing two fault codes:
16684- Random Misfire
16686- Cylinder 2 Misfire
I switched out the coil pack for cylinder one to cylinder two and changed the plug in cylinder two. Neither thing solved the problem. Does anyone else have any ideas as to what it could be?

MAF

If I'm not mistaken, the MAF will always throw a cyl 2 misfire code. Happened to me.

i've gone through 2 mafs in a matter of a 2 months and i've never had a misfire.
