Head is torqued precisely to spec 60Nm + 90* + 90* A friend was helping keep the engine steady and dictating the torque sequence.
The intake manifold has been cleaned, primered and painted in the same black as the engine block.
I labeled all of my hardware and bagged components with their respective hardware.
I installed and torqued my spark plugs to 28Nm.
I placed the PES manifold on the exhaust studs but I neglected to order the washers... so I was not able to torque the manifold down.
I installed my oil pump drive gear and the distributor block off plug.
I've got a lot of hardware on order,
Remaining in stage 2
Front flange requires final fittment (I'm going to replace the seal again out of compulsion)
IM shaft flange requires final fittment *same reason*
Crank gear needs to be torqued to spec
dipstick tube needs to be installed.
Stage 3... partly completed
Head Gasket <done>
Cylinder head <done>
Head Bolts <done>
Valve cover <coated but has not come in yet>
spark plugs <done>
Cam Gear <requires torquing to spec>
Hall sender ring <requires torquing to spec>
Hall sender <requires torquing to spec>
TB Roller
TB Tensioner
Timing Belt
Acc bracket <undergoing cleaning>
Acc bracket hardware <on order>
Water pump
Water pump hardware
Vane pump <pac?>
Alternator <pac?>
Block brackets <awaiting hardware>
Oil filter bracket <undergoing cleaning>
Oil cooler <ready>
Oil cooler hardware <on hand>
Timing Covers <on hand>
On my return home I had to jump start the Saab convertible which hasn't been driven in some time. We really should have a battery tender on that car.

The customer service in the store is pretty good.
I haven't had any problems with stuff I have bought from them. A few parts got left out of my trailer kit, they remedied the problem immediately.

Hey Qfrog
Do you know the length of the pes manifold studs or part number for them? Im piecing together a turbo kit, and I dont know what the length of the turbo to manifold studs are.
