Jeff Moss also comes to mind.... He tuned a 2.0 GT2871r a while ago.
If you can't get any of those guys to tune. You'll have to run a standalone or piggy back system and start looking around the area.
There are tuners all over... Not all of them are everyday, shop owning, tuners though. But they are out there.

You know I meant to talk to Bassed because he's an AWM built 2.0L with BT and about to be BAT from the parts that I saw last night at his place.

Oh sorry, thought you just meant about going BAT
but I deal with both B5 and B6 car owners that are or have gone BAT. One just went full 2 liter, built AEB and is having a twin scroll GT3076r built for his B6.
