a few problems...

tonight i experienced a few problems i have a 97 1.8t auto when i floored it and got up around 30-40 it stuttered a little( i think it might have been when it was shifting from second to third gear)anyway it doesnt do this unless the pedal is pressed all the way down. also when i went to close my door i heard a small rattle sound it sounded sort of like a spring rattling. any ideas?

As to the door rattle. You may have a broken window guide. Depending on how it broke it can still

work but cause a rattle when you close the door.

the rattle seems to come from the drivers side wheel well, sounds a lot like a spring...
