first timer :)

<u>Tomorrow night:</u> Snow in the evening will mix with rain at times overnight. Low 28F. Winds light and variable. Chance of precip 60%. Snow may accumulate 1 to 3 inches.

<u>Wednesday:</u> Snow, sleet and ice changing to all snow. Highs in the mid 30s and lows in the low 20s.

heh. first time i get to explore snow in my A4. glad i have AWD and snow tires at my command. bring it.

Things to remember... Contrary to popular belief, quattro can not defy the laws of physics...

;-) seriously, have a ball, just be careful. If I said I have never done a donut, or big powerslides every time it snows, I would be lying big time. I love playing in the snow.. Ever since I started driving, I have really loved it. The more snow, the better. THe pic in my sig, I was just driving around town, looking for unplowed lots to make first tracks in (hey, if I can't go skiing, I might as well go driving!!)

You mean I can't charge up Pikes Peek at 130mph in a blizzard ???!!!!

Seriously, my experience is that with snow tires you can climb any hill, corner a little better than most but stopping still sucks - especially going downhill.

The most fun... put a tow strap in your trunk to pull suv's out of snow banks,... REALLY COOL. Get one with some elasticity in the middle, it'll make you seem like a gift from god.
