First snow and lowered casualty =(
Pulling into my garage, I heard something being dragged under the car. I thought maybe it was just snow rubbing against the tires.
Look under the front, half the right side of the belly pan was ripped off. The belly pan now serves as snow storage, tons of snow packed in. The pan must have ripped off when I was driving somewhere and didn't hear it since all the roads were covered with snow and it was acting as a snow plow underneath.
Need to find one asap so I don't damage the oil pan when all this slush freezes tomorrow.

i zip tie mine for winter just to be on the safe side. when you get your new one
drill a couple holes and use zip ties for security. saved me many times in Colorado high mtns.

Eeek! I should look under my front to make sure that my is still in place. During my....
commute home Friday night as I was transitioning from the highway that was plowed through a snow burm created by the snow plow I did some "sledding" on the snow until I got through it on to the off ramps which had been plowed but not is some time. Driving on Route 140 I "plowed" through a couple more snow mounds created by the plows.
Hope my belly pan is still holding up.
Hope you get a new one soon.
It's the risk we take to have lowered cars.

I would except with the car being lowered and the oil pan exposed, I'd rather not
run the risk of hitting ice and putting a hole in the pan =/
