First worry: will replacing stock valves (sodium filled ) for generic $11 replacement bite me .....

In this Case, The car will be down until i get the setup in anyway, i have to
pull my stock exhaust and turbo within the next few days, so pulling the head shouldnt be a big deal

Qfrog. you need to evaluate my position when this happened.
Of course it all makes sense now and i look like i mad sub par decisions, but at the time, I posted what valves i bought and at the time DID NOT know our exhaust valves were sodium filled for sure.
and at that time, BT was nowhere in my spectrum
I also believe i posted which valves i was buying too

Update:: Good news
I just got off the Phone w/ K and K engine rebuilders (please see them if you need any rebuilding in the tri state area) , who did my head, and I spoke w/ my guy
he said he DOES NOT use cheap valves he said they are 20 each , his price and they used to be 60/70 each a while ago and their prices dropped and he says he did not change companies
he said "If they are for turbo car, i think they are sodium filled and not cheap" He also said he would verify w. the company for me on monday
so wow, this is a relief but ill know for sure monday
and in reality he only charged me for the valves and no labor...... thats why i thought they were cheap
