FMIC Question Non DBW - Please Help
#4
Typically .. yes. Most setups just adapt to a FMIC without any program changes. I understand
GIAC has sometimes taken advantage of the presence of a FMIC (notably a chip for the T28 w/ FMIC and a K04 with FMIC chip) to advance the timing a bit more in anticpation of cooler IATs.
Your car should just keep more of the timing set by the current chip as IATs won't rise as far .. less timing pull back due to high IATs.
