Default Front suspension creeks
Are there any common front suspension problems that cause creeks when hitting slight bumps at low speeds and turning the wheel at a stop?
Control arm bushings?

Control arm bushing are usually not the problem. The ball joints fail instead, as do the TREs.

Default Are "squeaks" and "creaks" lumped together in this application?
I have some soft sqeaks i can hear when going slowly over bumps...

Possibly. Raise the car up and wiggle the control arms and TREs. Tolerance spec is zero movement.
