No anymore from what I've been told. But I could be wrong. If that was true they could plant...
people to either:
1) sit all day and click and drive your bill through the roof to make themselves more money;
2) sit all day and click and drive your bill through the roof to sabotage you and put you out of business.
Anybody who advertises on a click-through basis is a total retard.
