GRRR! fiance dinged a celebration wheel... what can I do?

Default GRRR! fiance dinged a celebration wheel... what can I do?
3 dings, small dimple like dents and a little marred paint... thing was knocked over onto concrete

do they make touch up paint for them?

I was thinking about mounting the spare but I want to fix the dinged one too

Sorry dude, they don't have touch up paint for this rim since it uses a special color which can't be matched in the US.
