Had control module reprogrammed...including window up/down with remote
Had my control module reprogrammed with the window up/down and sunroof close with remote yesterday. Dealer initially said they could do the one touch unlocking of all doors, but not the window up/down (liability concerns). However, they called later in the day and asked for the correct code as "Audi doesn't publish" them. So, I gave them the code (16200 for Concert/Symphony radios, see the 'Electronics' FAQ) for one touch and window up/down. They were none the wiser.
So, rather than ask for the window up/down programming option, you may just want to ask them to enter the appropriate code. Just tell them that it *only* changes the door locks or lights flashing or whatever.

Show them a copy of the Audi TSB (link enclosed)
specifically, TSB 01-98-07
<a href="http://tech.vw.com/audipdf/a01-98-07.pdf">Here is a direct link to the TSB</a>
Print it out and show them the last page, specifically the last paragraph.
Also, pick the code from the FAQ <a href="https://www.audiworld.com/faq/faq_elec/a4program.shtml">entry for all the codes.</a>
Hope these links work. (First time trying HTML in a message).
I asked them to program my remotes, the service advisor looked at my printouts, especially the FAQ, and in the service request specifically indicated that I wanted (16236) and wrote down all the options for that code.
Have fun,

I had mine done today along with...
installation of Audi factory mudguards. They look pretty good IMHO. I elected to have the dealer do it that way it was their *** if they messed up. They also reprogrammed my remote. I just wanted the saftey locking and auto unlock features along with window control. Works pretty darn good. I got the mud guards at cost, so that made up for the 1 hr labor charge. Plus, they threw in a free car wash and topped off my washer fluid.

And.......
...that was the second time they did it. Didn't get it quite right at delivery on 6/25/99, so they cheerfully(kind've appreciated the experiment!) did it again, and seemed quite happy to have the updated faq I provided them so as to be able to do for their other customers. I had honk removed, no auto door lock, and one touch for up/down.
