Having issues after replacing all the engine/drivetrain mounts. Help?

Default Having issues after replacing all the engine/drivetrain mounts. Help?

So I now have all the mounts upgraded to poly/ urathane stuff. I noticed a few days ago whenever I shift into 2nd at low rpm and give it gas it takes a few seconds before car starts going and then it jerks hard because of all the torque when the k04 kicks in. It feels like there is slop in the drivetrain and then all of a sudden it goes away. Shifts are not very smooth unless I ease into the throttle very slowly. Could it be the clutch is not engaging for a few seconds? I replaced the clutch not too long ago but ended up with a stocker again. Is it possible the clutch is skipping? Sorry for the long post.

Default How about the rear diff mounts? did you check all your mounts are tight?

maybe you lauched and snapped one or a bolt?

Default Very possible I will have to check the mounts. I doubt the actual mount broke.

They are hard polly stuff. Maybe something else broke. I will have to check it out.

Default List all of your mounts and their brands... also what software are you running..

..It might help me diagnosing your issues

Default Im running Giac Hammer File k04. All mounts inside.

Rs4 engine mounts
S4 tranny mount
034 tranny mount street version
filled stock front diff mount. Its filled with urathane
rear diff mounts are stern bushings
apr snub mount

Im going to log stuff soon also have a boost issue.

Default Had similar issue after I went with MTM K04. ..

Replacing my cat with HFC took care of it, but was required for my setup.
Other than that you might have vac leak or maybe it's time for a good maint. (PCV, injector seals, fuel filter etc). Also I'd do some logging, see what comes up and report back

Default I have a test pipe. I probably should do some maintance stuff.

I will have plenty of time to do it now that im leaving school. Stuff I've done recently is fuel filter, PCV most of it. I wonder if the EGR is working correctly since I found major amounts of deposits in the PCV component. I have to search and see what I can do to test it.
