Default IIRC load reduction relay behind the knee bolster ... but

typically other users (AC, turns, etc.) will suffer when that goes south.

Are you 100% sure teh bulbs aren't blown? IT's possible that they are..

Default It's got to be a fuse, or the bulbs... Since the FTP is out, that rules out the switch...

Either that, or the wiring got eaten by a mouse.
