Default Headlights, Turn Signals, and horn won't work!!!!

Hey all,
Yep...none of the above work in addition to my outside temp read out. Is this a fuse problem or a short somewhere. I checked all my fuses in the panel inside the car. Any ideas here, i'd rather not pay the audi dealer $70 / hour!
thanks,
Shaun

Default Possibly something with your ECU?

Don't feel so unlucky. I just dropped my car off for $95 bucks an hour.

Default It seems to all be related to your steering column......

except for the outside temp. The headlights, turnsignals and horn are all switched from the steering column, so maybe the switches in the column are bad.

Default Try making sure your Key has sprung back all the way from "start" to "on".

That's what happened to me.

Made it so my temp, fan on Heater, turnsignals didn't work.

Let me know if that's it...

Default Yeah, that was my prob, and I found out that on my 97, there was a recall on ignition switch

I was able to get it fixed for free @ the dealer.

Well i just called the dealer and they told me it is the ignition switch. I asked if there was a recall as igozoom97a4 said he had one, and they said no. So $420 plus tax...yay!
