Help: My center arm rest is stuck in the UP position.

Default Help: My center arm rest is stuck in the UP position.
I got in my car this morning and I had to get my work keys from the cup holder under the center arm rest. It swung up easily and smoothly but then it wouldn't come back down. I don't put any change in there and the button in the front seems to be functioning properly. Does anyone have instructions on how to take it a part to fix it?

Yeah. The button presses in and sounds like it's unlocking the mechanism, but it won't budge. What are the steps of taking it apart?

dont store coins in the armrest, check the hinge for a stuck coin.
