HELP... my windows doesnt do the one touch up or down!

i had to disconnect my battery to install my intake. after the install the windows wont do the one touch up or down. anybody have this same problem??? what should i do to get it back to normal?

Hold the driver window button down for like 15 secs. it will work again.

Close your window, let go, then close it again. So up, then up again.
