Hissing noice when accelerating

Hissing noice when accelerating
1999 Audi A-4 - 198K miles. Runs GREAT, but there's a "hissing" sound like air leaking, coming from the rear of the car. Every time I shift and press the gas I hear it. Should I be concerned?
