Default How many people who have pulled their turbo snapped a Bolt? Yes/No

If not, what did you use to get the bolts free?

I was planning on soaking the EM-Turbo bolts for a week with PB Blaster. Spray it down in the evening while the engine is warm and let it soak overnight. Tap the bolts with a hammer in the morning and tap them again in the evening prior to spraying with PB Blaster.

Do that each night from monday till friday and begin pulling the turbo and Intake Manifold on saturday.

Sound like a plan?

Default I have snapped a bolt..sucked. But I think you are taking it too far.

IMO, you should be fine with just one night worth of soaking the bolts in PB.

When you have the socket on, give it a solid hit or two with the hammer to shock it a bit. A nice breaker bar should do the rest. gl.
