I'm going to check my flow today in a few hours. Planning on doing a couple of 15 sec...
runs and a 30 second run. I'll look at the results/average and figure out from there what my flow is. If the flow is not right, it can only be three things: fuel pump (replaced, nice and quiet now); fuel filter (replaced, but problem happened day after that); or obstruction (either something in lines or pinched line). Is that correct?

Sounds good to me
The only other thing I could think of is a lack of pressure due to a bad FPR (there could be plenty of fuel flowing through the rails, but not enough to force it through the injectors). But given the symptoms, I consider that to be unlikely.
