Default I had a misfire on cylinder #2 and drove the car for ~1 mile...

could anything internally bad happened becuase of the misfires?

I'm planning on changing the plugs, and traced the misfire to the ICM (ignition amplifier)...car is a 99.5

Default make sure your spark plugs are tightened to spec....

if you here a clicking noise coming out of your engine, check your spark plugs. 22 foot lbs. I just dropped 1k on having my head reworked cuz one of my spark plugs jumped a thread cuz it was loose and caused a bunch of misfires.
