I think I might have a big problem with my car.

Ok more pictures
I took off the pancake valve I think this is the one ray was talking about. Everything looks ok with that coolant came out one end but not the other. I drained the radiator coolant looks fine. Took off the turbo inlet hose there was some play in the shaft but not much. There is nothing coming out of the turbo outlet. There does seem to be some kind of liquid coming out of the head though. You can kind of see a trail left on the block.

When you changed your timing belt, did you change the water pump?...more
I had my timing belt done a few months ago and water pump. Then the new water pump failed, and when it did, coolant rushed out like a water fall. Turns out, there is a small little piece inside that gives sometimes and can create the coolant issue. something to consider.....

Car runs just fine a smidge over center on coolant temp but not by much.
Car still feels strong no sputtering. I just replaced this part also cause it was cracked.

Uh oh.
That PCV valve shouldn't have coolant in it. Phil might be right...head gasket or warped head?
When you did the TB job, did you keep an eye on the temp gauge after starting the car? Are you sure you never overheated the car (air bubbles in the system) after the job was complete?

Doesn't seem like that's it...
Phil type R is right...usually when that oil cooler is toast, the coolant turns dark (oil contamination). You can see the transparent fluid in the bottom of his reservoir, and he even drained the radiator, and didn't see anything unusual.
