i think my brakes are going..... (edited)
they're starting to squeek. how long do stock pads last for?? which pads do you guys recomend?? and since ill be taking the calipers off, should i paint them??

Just because the brakes are squealing doesn't mean they're done.
Look at the pads and rotors to see how much material is left. You might only need to put some anti-squeal on the backs of the pads.
