Default how do you figure Wnut? actually from the picture it looks like a fairly good

quality tubular manifold.. the flanges are cut sharp and clean suggesting a CNC process.

good cuts, nice welds...but the tubing does not look equal length at all...

Default that's true, but your stock manifold isn't either. If the flanges are matched to the gaskets

turbo and head as well, then it's a plus =)

Default In my experience equal length is good for peak hp but tends to move that peak up the RPM scale. This

on NA engines. Unequal length tends to move the peak hp down and down the RPM scale but deliver a higher torque peak, i.e., better streetability.
