Input on a possible engine swap...
I have a 97 1.8t, thinking of swapping out the engine to a new one or one with lower miles. What would be suggested I get for a good swap?
If I go to anything but my exact engine i'm gunna have to swap out the chip too, I know that... but anything else?
Oh would it be cheaper to find a front clip from a wrecked a4 or would it be cheaper to buy an engine somewhere else?
