Default intermittent ignition control module failure

Having a weird problem with my car. When i drive for awhile (30 min) and shut off the car, if i shut it down and try to fire it back up again 10-15 min later, i get a miss real bad in #1. If I let it sit maybe an hour, it runs fine the 30 min until i get home. I swapped coils around and no fix. Swapped out the ignition module with one I had, and it runs fine. Anybody have anything like this happen before? Its an aftermarket Huco module thats acting up, put in Jan '04.

I had a similar issue. Only seemed to act up after the car was warmed up.
