ive got a defi bf gauge for the oil pressure... do i just need to splice into the oil pressure...

ive got a defi bf gauge for the oil pressure... do i just need to splice into the oil pressure...
sensor? if so where is a good place to splice in? does the sensor wire end up anywhere near the ecu? thanks guys
