I'm hearing a slight whine when I push the shifter extreme left, or right while rolling. It's the same whether I have it in gear, or in the neutral position. If I am accelerating the volume increases slightly. I can also feel a slight vibration during the whining. Everything seems fine....sits in the 3/4 gate when in neutral, shifts smoothly, etc. Any ideas?

The other thing I've noticed, is when engaging reverse. Instead of down, and out, it is the opposite. It is now down, and towards me slightly. Is this normal?

I installed mine friday and I have no probs, that reverse thing is weird, doesn't sound right to me.

Well, maybe I exaggerated the reverse thing a bit. It's not actually to the left, maybe more of a straight down, instead of to the right. Hmmmm.

The reverse is less exagertaed as the stock shifter... if it engages it's probably ok :-)
