if you have a 98 or 99 then you have the problem.
or at least you will when you hit 30k 60k 90k etc..

Default sounds about right mine went at 62k mi. about 100K km.

as they start to go you'll here a loosness in front end, over bumps. if the sound turns into a groan it's time to change. $750 us. at dealer in 2000.

Default clunking or groaning in the front end is the usual suspect

Don't go replacing just because you hear there is a problem. Make sure they are actually bad. Don't go to the dealer if you don't have to. Buy a new set with grease fittings and have them installed by a local competent shop.
