Key Won't Program

Key Won't Program
I just bought this switchblade key and tried to program it by :
1. putting one key in the transmission( non-switchblade)
2.turn car on( not motor though)
3. Close door and put in other key in door(non-switchblade0
4. Lock door
5. Press UNLOCK and wait 3 seconds
6. Press UNlock again
IT DIDNT WORK!
