How much estimated HP would a K04 be running at the crank with a a FMIC/APR Exhuast/APR KO4 kit (supposedly 242hp at crank? 260? Just curious.

Generally on a K04 kit, you are looking at roughly 235-240hp at the crank. The most commonly used kit is the AWE kit, which does not include an FMIC. If you are looking to get closer to 260hp at the crank ATP has a T-28 kit that uses the stock exhaust manifold. That kit only costs a few hundred more than the AWE K04 kit, but I don't know that it is as well tuned as AWE's.

J31 program for 2000 DBW w/FMIC Only.
it's good for 250+hp, and a ton of torque. I think you can get the kit from AWE. That's what you are looking for.
