Is it likely for o2 sensors to fail without tripping the Check Engine Light??
On my 99 A4 2.8 (30V) Tip (123k miles)., stalling when coming to a stop (see other thread for more).
So far:
TB cleaned.
Fuel pump relay changed.
Engine Temp. Sensor changed.
Fuel filter changed.
Got the car around 90k miles and don't know if o2 sensors have been changed at all. Is it possible that some or all are bad and not throwing any codes?
I'm at my wits end now about what to check next.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Ronin

Re: Alright then. Who in Toronto has a VAG and wants to help this poor chap out!? :)
i am sure u can find someone that has one. if u reset the fault code the car will run better for a little bit. i dont know if u car still has a warretny however it is covered by audi. they are replacing mine for free.
