Default M box on a Ch box car question.
I bought a CH box off eBay for $80 shipped from a salvage seller. It was going to be tested in my car (to make sure it wasn't defective) and then sent off for a GIAC flash. HOWEVER, an M box shows up today. Should I:

1) Send it back and demand a CH box since that is what the auction said.
2) Go ahead and send it off to be reprogrammed since it will be overwritten any. What kind of chance is there that it is defective?

When AWE flashed my M-box, it was re-programmed as a CH.

You can put a CH program on an M but not visa versa....M can take it all CH can take CH.
