My gripe of the day... (Zaino)
Ok, everybody I've talked to has said that Zaino is a really great product, so I'm finally ready to bite the bullet and throw down a $60 order. Do they take online orders? Of course not. Credit cards? I called to check, but everybody there is "at a car show." How can any self-respecting business expect to do well if they don't give their customers an easy way to buy their product?

My point is there's no reason a customer should have to wait...
an extra 5 days for an order to be processed just because a company refuses to accept credit cards. Practically every business in the US accepts credit now, and certainly any online businesses.

Well If it bothers you that much, don't buy it...
and let them know why, maybe they'll change. All I am saying is that I don't have a problem with it. Sal has always provide me with prompt professional service and advice.
