Default NE1 know how to make this ARMREST LIGHT ?

I can probably easily build the rj45/LED part, but I'm not sure about the DB25 plug. Based on the install notes (see link), it looks like just a jack with no cable... what exactly is being plugged to what? A DB25 is easy to get, but would it be termited or have a cable that splices to something else?

Even better, anyone by any chance know the Radio Shack part numbers to make this thing.. the Red one that is?

http://www.pdicentral.com/blue_led.html</a

yeah its a rj 11 not rj45 and the db 25 is just a wiring harness that plugs into the db 25 female jack located in your trunk in the a4. i guess It just jumps power to the rj45 for use with the ld.

Default the DB25 connector...

... is proly just looping back power to a pin in the armrest that the RJ45 LED is connected to... now that I think about it more... the DB25 could hold all of the voltage reduction circuitry to the LED in the RJ45 and then all you have to do is jam the LED into the armrest. Seems like a very simple thing to me and at 8.95 or whatever they are charging, I don't think you can beat that in a nice package that they have.
