Should just be able to pop off the dust cover. Diconect - & + leads and unclip the retaining hinge.

Then pull out the old and slide in the new. (Make sure you don't touch the bulb.) Reinstall in reverse.

does this involve unscrewing the bolts on the top?

nope...just pop the cover on the back of the housing...

and you'll have access to the bulbs within. very simple, actually.
