need help replacing one of the plastic engine covers (1.8T)
In what can only be called stupidity fueled by curiosity, I removed the black plastic cover on the right side of my engine bay. It's the one that the power steering fluid resevoir cap sticks out of (i.e. the pale green cap). I can't get the cover back on because I can't get the clips to line up.
Another weird thing is that under the bulk of this plastic cover, there's nothing there. It's just a big empty space inside a metal frame or basket. Looks like something COULD go there but I don't know what.
