New addition to the family.
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/101369/dsc02687.jpg"></center><p>Brought this one home yesterday morning.
We must've looked at 10 cars in the past week, and everything in the gf's price range was beat to ****; I walked up to this one & knew she was coming home with us.
99.5, 2.8 manual. Little more mileage than I would've liked [140k], but you'd never know it; feels like a new car inside & out.

looks good
I'd start with
inspection of suspension & replace as necessary
filter service (oil, air, fuel, pollen)
timing belt service (belt rollers tensioner & waterpump)
trans & diff fluid change
Once all of that is done I'd feel confident in it, till then I'd worry.

"serviced well" is subject to interpretation by the owner... the suggested intervals are lax IMO
my idea of serviced well is pretty agressive and includes oil changes every 5-7k with synthetic oil... timing belt services every 70k. a filter service every 15-20k.
The most agressive I've ever seen is the RS6 which has a 35k timing belt interval, filter services at 15k intervals including fuel filter & spark plugs.
