new noise from engine...... Sounds like the "Coke bottle" sound I remember reading about on here

If it does it at idle, I doubt its the BPV. It's probably a bad gasket near the secondary air inj.
Directly behind the engine, against the firewall there is something called a secondary air injection solenoid. There is a gasket next to this part that can leak, making the car sound like an old VW at idle, and on heavy throttle (as the problem gets worse). If the sound is coming from that area, that is problably your problem. I don't know how long it took to replace the gasket, since the dealer fixed mine under warranty.

I will have dealer check mine out as well then... I've gotta have my
radio replaced (radio gremlins) and my HVAC air intake fan is making a crunching noise, other than that, no major problems.

I had that same exact part fixed about 2 weeks ago. I don't know how long
It was bad tho. I always thought the loud noise was from the borla exhaust. To think I almost bought another exhuast. I only found out that part was the cause, when I started looking around the exhaust. And felt some air escaping, when I had my friend hit the gas on idle. I went to the dealer, they fixed it in under an hour. They replaced the gasket and the bolt. That was missing.
