Default Now I'm in trouble!.............Help suspension experts.

Well I started in on the Koni Coilover install and got 3/4 of the way through. I did the back first since I knew it was a lot easier. Then, after doing the driver's side front. I started in on the Passenger side. Needless to say everything didn't go as planned. After a whole day of soaking in PB Blaster and getting pounded on, the bolt for the upper control arms WILL NOT come out. After beating on it there was no possible way to get the nut back on. So I went further. We then proceeded to try and drill it out. NOT happening.

So what I'm left with is a car with 3 new coilovers and on sport front. The car is leaning a bit now. And after starting it up I come to find my ABS, ESP, and Brake pad sensor light is on. Did I really fudge something up? Or maybe knock a sensor loose? Where are these sensors in front in back? Is this happening b/c the car is sitting unevenly?

TIA

Default I knew that was coming. However, I was simply following the write-up in the tech section.

The one side went pretty smooth. Any ideas on the warning lights? Or how the local shop might go about getting the damn thing out?

Default really... I want an answer... why dont you listen to me... did you think it wouldnt happen to you?

so like fvck phil... he's only done this a dozen times, wtf could he possibly have to share... OH GEE, maybe DONT TOUCH THAT BOLT. Fvck all the people that say no touch that bolt, no have a bad day. Fvck every single one of those posts about a bad experience with n-034-790-7. Why do you think I know that part number??? Its not because I like them with my fries. Its because every single upper control arm and every single CV boot replacement requires it be replaced. I sell those like shoot me up elmo in the ghetto toy stores.

Now you've gone and immobilized your car. Smooth, you put you here by not listening.

Now go get a fvckin torch and a big *** hammer, a wet towel and some gloves.... maybe GTIVR62801 (carson) can guide you through this... maybe.

Default I installed my suspension 5 times (don't ask why) but I never had problem with that bolt.

So it is case by case. Not everyone had that problem.

Default you need to put some heat on it.

at a minimum use a oxygen/maps gas hobby torch to heat it up. Once it gets hot you use a heavy duty press or clamp and with a little luck it will move.

If that does not work or you cant find a torch you'll need to pull the spindle and take it to a machine shop. They will use a heat and a press to pop it out @ a cost of about 20-40$

Default you prob knocked the pad wear sensor loose

but i dont know if that would cause the abs light.
I would check both the wheel speed sensor located in the center of the spindle and the brake pad wear sensor. one or both ar prob loose.

I doubt all the spary effected anything. prob just a bad connection since the car has not moved.
