now what would these 3 options due for your turbo?

here's what they would do...
1.) not necessary because ceramic coating would cover the polishing. But polishing would give a nice smooth surface on the compressor blades and help reduce turbulent flow
2.) Keeps turbo cooler, thereby creating cooler denser air. - Think of ceramic coating headers on a big V8
